2. How do we collect your data?

Your data will be collected on the one hand, that you tell us. This may be e.g. to trade data that you submit to us in an online form.

To establish and execute a contractual relationship, the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and access codes of the user are usually required (stock data). These data are usually collected in electronic order forms.

2.1 Collection, processing and use of stock and traffic data

3. Use of data from LP-WORKS GmbH

3.1 Contract data

We require, collect, process and store the data you give us when you order from us. When placing an order, the full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address are mandatory. In addition, we store and process data about the order and payment history.

3.2 Data that you store on our servers

The operation of your website collects, processes and stores data that you store on the server itself when you use our services and offers. This includes the creation of backup copies via the backup system.

3.3 Log Data

We only store this data to the extent necessary to provide our services and obligations. Otherwise, the IP addresses are deleted or anonymized. 5. Right to information, cancellation, blocking

As part of the Federal Data Protection Act, you have a right to get information as well as a right to correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data. If deletion conflicts with statutory, contractual or commercial or tax-related retention periods or other legally prescribed reasons, instead of a deletion, only a blocking of your data can take place.
