Delivery of a 7.5-ton magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner at FC Bayern was conducted through the underground parking garage. For the operation, we utilized a wire rope hoist, a wheel loader, and our crane truck, which used the block and tackle system to pull the MRI machine up the parking garage ramp.

The delivery was assisted by a wire rope hoist from the MRI room, which was employed due to spatial constraints (Image 1 + 2).

In the underground parking garage, we used a wheel loader specifically rented for this purpose (Image 3 + 4 + 5).

Our crane truck’s boom was employed over the garage exit. The crane was used as a winch to overcome the 7.5-ton MRI scanner’s movement across the garage exit ramp (Image 6 + 7 + 8).
