On September 19, 2018, the images depict the various steps of installation using a hydraulically adjustable swap body (hybrid bridge).
First, it is set up like a regular swap body, and the vehicle is pulled underneath it. Subsequently, a hydraulic line, controlled by an auxiliary drive from the tractor unit, is connected to the swap body. Valves allow the hydraulic supports to be raised and lowered in pairs at the front and rear.
The load capacity is up to 24 tons. Afterwards, the bridge can be lowered to the ground or used as a platform directly in front of an access opening at any height up to 2.45 meters. In this case, a 64-slice CT scanner was unloaded directly onto the ground in GB-London and installed in a clinic.
